Objective.

Advocacy is an enormous part of Adobe’s sales drive and video case studies are central to the programme. However video can’t do the job on its own; the company also needed slick accompanying case study documents with content reflecting and complementing the video.

Solution.

Working with Switch Communications partner The Credible Communications Consultancy, we developed an end-to-end process to turn raw transcript copy into polished, customer sound bites and complete marketing and media case study documents.

Results.

Each case study was turned around within 24hrs and fed directly back into the Adobe Advocates programme.  Adobe received a bank of well written, well designed sales and marketing collateral that is continuing to drive sales and engagement through peer endorsement.
